From start to finish, the Norcab team were undoubtedly one of the best contractors we have used. We engaged Norcab to help design and install several new units: kitchen, TV wall unit, hall unit and under stairs unit. The office/coordination team were super helpful with design, sourcing materials and products, finding cost savings without compromising design, never applying pressure, extremely responsive with all our inquiries. The level of pride and professionalism continued right through to fabrication and the installing team. Every detail was considered, nothing was overlooked, excellent workmanship. Small issues were acknowledged and addressed quickly. Highly recommend Norcab!

My wife and I worked with the Norcab team this year. Having shopped around to several other designers, manufacturers, and retailers, we ended up back at Norcab confident in the value and quality they offered. We live in Muskoka and despite being nearly 2 hours away, Ian and his team were able to be very competitive in pricing. I believe it took at least 3 separate days to finalize the installation and complete everything until my wife and I were ultimately satisfied. I would highly recommend Norcab for their professionalism and ability to offer a custom, high-quality kitchen. I don't often write a review but I stopped and looked at our kitchen this morning and thought it was deserving of recognition. Thanks to everyone at Norcab! What an amazing experience from beginning to end. I built a new house last spring and the builder was not able to give me all of the options i was looking for in a kitchen. I compared the cost of getting close to what from the builder with the cost of putting a base kitchen in and then replacing it with a full custom kitchen that gave me everything I wanted after the fact. I had to live without a kitchen for the first 2 weeks in my new house but it couldn't have been more worth it. We are so happy with every aspect from the design consultation straight through to the install of the kitchen. We were so happy with the kitchen that we also replaced the master bathroom immediately after and are now in the process of doing our laundry room and will be doing the walk in closet shortly. Thank you to the staff at Norcab for their dedication to my satisfaction.

After looking for reputable and reliable cabinet maker we hired the services of NORCAB. Before we approached them, we went to many home shows, visited many related business, talked to people in the industry, reviewed comments etc., it was about four months research since changing our kitchen will be a lifetime decision, and we didn't want to live with a daily issue where work was not done right. So we visited Norcab several times, then we made the final decision and met with Ian (the President) who took the time to explain our options, we had a tour of the manufacturing facility, which was very impressive and showed quality of workmanship, state of the art machines and proud ownership. Once agreed on the price, which if I project that for the next 15 to 20 years we will stay in the house, it was very affordable. His crew took the time to ask questions and measure the area accurate to make all fit. Time came to have the new kitchen, cabinets installed with the lights inserts, glass doors, large cupboards, spacious drawers, self closing mechanism and our special walk in pantry that appears to be a standard cabinet door, but it actually enters to a walk in pantry. (don't copy this idea, have your own). Norcab attended to us very well and delivered what they promised. Now we have a beautiful kitchen where we all enjoy to be at. Our house when up in price instantly (not like I am selling) and I do not have to move. Ian had some great ideas that complemented our design and wishes and the end result was better than expected. My next project is the family room and I will be knocking on Norcab's door for the work to be done, no need to research anymore. One tip to you, don't try to save few dollars, this is where you will be every morning for the rest of your life, enjoy the little extras, your friends will be jealous and your relatives will think you are a millionaire. Happy to have done business with Norcab.

Their warranty service was exemplary. One of our (higher end) "hinges" failed. The phone call was polite and positive. The service representative arrived on time, replaced the part with ease and then tuned up our other hinges. Perfect.
