CNC Precision
We are proud to own one of the very few wood CNC routers of it's size in Simcoe County. Our machine is a 3 axis router with 5 x 10' vacuum bed. It has a tolerance .002 of an inch or less then the thickness of a piece of paper. Aside from cutting standard cabinet parts, we can also machine 1 piece MDF doors, perform 3D engravings and work with odd shaped or detailed parts with ease.
Our CNC department is the first step in our construction process. The highly sophisticated software we use is completely "screen to machine." This means the entire cut list is electronically transferred from our design software to our CNC machine. This helps to reduce human error and improve the accuracy and quality of our cabinet parts.
Aside from cutting standard cabinet parts, we have also used our CNC machine to create a multitude of non-cabinet related products. We can cut nearly all wood, acrylic, composit and plastic material with ease. In addition to custom projects, we also welcome production runs.
