Custom Products, Custom Finishes
Whether your looking for traditional stain, contemporary lacquer or ultra modern high gloss, we have your finish covered. Our finishing department includes a state of the art 15x20' fully enclosed spray booth with a heated air makeup unit. We currently have 6 HVLP pot based spray systems as well as a multitude of gravity fed spray guns. We mix all of our our own solid lacquer and stain products in house. We can color match existing finishes or create one of a kind colors to give your project a truly custom feel.
To achieve a high end finish, we start with a high end product. We only use post catalyzed lacquers in our finish. A post catalyzed lacquer offer far superior chemical resistance then the pre-catalyzed products (which are commonly found in the cabinet industry).
Before proceeding with any final project finishing, we always provide our clients with a sample of their custom finish before we start the project. If the sample still needs tweaking, we can make any necessary changes before proceeding.
